High quality paper
This paper is professional grade cold press watercolor paper. It has bright white color and the texture reminds Arches cold press, but it doesn't smell when wet. It allows to lift off the color without destroying the surface. I was rubbing with a synthetic brush the edges of the shade quite aggressively and I didn't notice any damage. This paper absorbs color pretty well and allows it to blend nicely. I feel very happy with my purchase and plan to also buy hot press paper of the same brand.

Made in France. Excellent in all respects!
The best watercolor paper on the planet (at least for me)!!!! It is not a very well-known sub-brand of a well-known brand, but it is awesome! I've discovered it accidentally when one of my friends has shared some sheets with me. I did not even know whether it was a cheap watercolor paper or a an expensive type. Just tried to "use it up" and suddenly discovered that it was excellent in all respects! If you'll search online for "professional" reviews of so called "artists" you will notice that those who talk a lot about materials usually produce way less than those artists who don't type multi-page reviews about a tube of paint. It looks to me that those who like really producing art are busy producing art and those who like reviewing are busy reviewing, but there is a gap between the two types of artists. Which one are you?Buy a pad and form your own opinion. What I've received was "Made in France."
