every single time it gives me a black screen flashing few times after I connect it with my phone,and it works normally few days later,I think it takes time to break in.and another problom is almost all of app are not support this device for full screen. a bit of disppointed

No cables came with it. Plus i can't find anyone anywhere that knows how to hook it up. I am very technically inclined I honestly think it doesn't work.

Defective product. Junk. Also support taking forever to respond to return.

I've heard u need a 30 watt charger for it to work

Almost a great item for a dying ecosystem. Lack of cords and proper instructions made this very hard to use. Once you figure it out it's pretty awesome.

Schnelle Lieferung. Ich benutze das Gerät mit meinem Asus Rog Phone 3 und es läuft tadellos ich muss dazu sagen, das Mann unbedingt das originale Ladekabel des Smartphones benutzen muss und zwar das welches für die globale Version und nicht für die chinesische ist. Dann läuft's auch .Mit anderen Ladekabeln die ich probiert hab ging es nicht an .

Das Dock funktioniert nicht mit Original Ladekabel eine Verbindung zu meinem Bildschirm (Asus ROG ) ist nicht möglich weder mit HDMI oder Displayport .Asus Support gibt nur Standard Antwort so mit keine Hilfe .Ich bin zu Samsung Dex zurück .

Werkt mooi, past helaas alleen zonder hoesje in de houder
