Then open wipe to a clean inside surface and do other eye. I am actually using baby washcloths and baby shampoo in place of these now and it works really well for me. I just wipe my eyes with the washcloth infused with shampoo and then rinse thoroughly. My eye doctor had recommended that quite a few years ago. **Q: There are no directions in English. Why?** A: As I mentioned before have you purchased it from me? My reasoning is that there is not enough time for contamination to bleed through the fabric of the wipe. I could be mistaken, but this works for me.
