Man, these are truly the best! I tried going with a cheaper brand and it gave me nausea and bloating, I went back to this Optimum Nutrition one and I feel great!!! Siempre hacia batallado para tomarme la creatina ya que no me gusta la textura que tiene, sin duda esta es una muy buena alternativa para las personas que tampoco les guste la textura o el saloncito arenoso que tiene. Yo me estoy tomando 4 pastillas para que sean los 5g recomendados.

まず、到着には少し時間はかかりましたが商品はとても良い状態で届きました。傷や凹みなし、ちゃんと密閉されていました。なので★は5個にしておきます。あと、チャッピーにも確かめましたが、こちらの製品は安心出来るとのことです(笑) 私は全くトレーニングなどをしていませんが、加齢と共に筋力が低下しているような気がして、仕事中の疲れも気になり出しています。 なのでクレアチンを摂ってみたくて注文しました。1日2カプセル必要みたいですが、トレーニングもしていないので、1カプセルにして、効き目がないようなら2つにしてみます。ひとつのカプセルが物凄く大きくてびっくりしました。喉につまりそう(笑)
