No dinners. Tasteless bars for “meals”. Total waste of money. There are no instructions and no food plan included. Total waste of money for food-like products.

I liked the fact that it got me into a healthy pattern and an awareness of what I was eating.

Excellent product but not what I expected in the box

Overall am happy with the product. I have used it before and I was very pleased with the results, however I have a few things with this order am not happy with: 1. The Lunch Mac & Cheese White Cheddar container is opened and it spilled all over the box it came in. 2. Also, I did not received 1 Dinner box as the advertisement mentions. 3. And, the FedEx delivery person left the boxes out in my drive way, instead of by my door or in the front porch. I would appreciate a response from you. Thank you so much.

I ordered this package because of the items pictured that I expected to receive. There were several substitutions that I did not expect and did not like. If you order, be aware that you are just getting random items, not those shown. Food quality is just OK. I like that it gets me on a schedule of eating with few decisions about what to make. When my packages are done for the day, I know that I am done eating. It helps me to curb snacking during the day. It definitely is an expensive way do go.

There were only 3 meals ,12 protein bars, 1 oatmeal.I feel very cheated and I will never buy these again.The meals were very small and flavor just ok.I should have read the reviews first, mostly all bad
