GP Thunder 9005 HB3 8500K 65W Xenon Plasma-White Quartz Glass Bulbs (Ion coating) for Fog Light -High Beam - Low Beam SGP85K-05

Bought these as DRL/Hi-Beams for my Mazda 6 2016 used these for about a week and replaced them with Plug N Play LEDs. These are great and have a nice blue/white look to them but on camera you get the yellow as these are just halogens but to the human eye these are bright and white. when in use as high beams output is terrible but they do work fairly ok only because there is a blue tint to the output (Only good if your going for looks). As drls these were bright and white and nice compared to the OEM halogens but to be honest these just looked bad for a brand new car.

Let's just say I've been through quite a few halogen bulbs that claim to be "Xenon white" or "HID". I finally found a low beam that had the right color and brightness (Sylvania Zxe). But since my car uses the high beam as a DRL, it was much harder to find a bulb that wouldn't look yellow in DRL mode. So I came across this bulb and figured, why not? I installed it and hesitantly tried the DRL, and to my surprise it actually looked white! The color is exactly what I was looking for. But the brightness leaves a little to be desired. That's to be expected with coated bulbs though. I will be keeping these since I don't rely on my high beams where I live, but if you really need a lot of light, you might want to make the jump to HID or stick with the uncoated bulbs.

they could be brighter. but they do give off a nice blue white light rather than the ugly yellow most cars have on the road.

Not as blue as i thought.They are bluish and yellowish at running lite position.Terrific at bright lite position, bright white with hint bluish.

Looks cool, but almost no light on the road. Going back to my original bulbs.

I'm amazed how fast I got my order. I installed the bulbs and to my amazement, this is exactly what I've been searching around the net. Whitest white, bright enough to see the road at night, now I'm gonna have to experience their durability and will follow up. But overall these bulbs are awesome and the price is great. I just hope they last like Philips bulbs. Here in the picture, they perfectly match my led drl on my 2017 Hyundai sonata sport. I'm very pleased.

So far, highly recommended. The price is so low, I feel like they might burn out quickly, but right now they are amazingly bright and really offer BRIGHT lights. Ultra, ultra white color. I drive with brights frequently bc of all the deer where I am so these really let you see animals far in the distance. Very good for safety.

Very bright and does a white bluish tint. Worth the price.
