ER25 MT2 M10 Taper Collet Chuck Holder Face Arbor Adapter CNC Milling Tools for Milling Machine for All ER25 Collets

I guess you get what you pay for. I bought two of these and on both ER25 Collet chuck nuts the machine work was subpar. If you look at the image you can see how the bevel looks off center. I think that threads were not cut all the way to the bevel or that a relief cut was left unfinished. Either way same result the collet could not seat into the bevel at all in fact I could not get the nut started. I was able to grind it out with my an end mill in my drill press but it took me about an hour to do both nuts and make these products functional.

Unusable without extra work. The hole through which the collet is supposed to fit is undersized and extremely off-center. ER25 collets will not work in this without turning or grinding this hole. A real pain in the butt. Spend more on something with better quality control.

Good quality product

Very nicely machined works great.

When I received the collet holder, I noticed that there was an unmachined lip on the inside of the nut. I tried a collet in the holder and it wouldn't tighten or centre correctly. A quick trip with a boring bar in the lathe and all was well, but it wasn't a finished product when I got it. Otherwise I'm quite happy with it and it works quite well.

Très déçu par la mauvaise qualité de ce produit que j’ai bien failli renvoyer chez Amazon avec les contraintes qui en découlent. En fait, après analyse, il s’agissait d’un gros défaut d’usinage - faux rond - que j’ai heureusement pu rectifier en ré-usinant l’intérieur du support de pince ER25 sur mon tour. Je suis très déçu par ce produit.
