Definitely a REP wheel.
The wheel is too small and you can clearly tell ots a replica wheel not an actual NRG wheel. Made of cheap plastic not wood grain and poorly made.

Don't buy
The wheel cracked within two weeks of owning it pay the extra 50$ and buy a Momo or something else not worth it at all.
