The kind that could cut through fish skin and bones, as well as chicken or pork. Then to wash them, throw them in a drawer somewhere, and after weeks of non use come out clipping coupons or homework assignments with ultra sharp, precise lines. I got that and my mind blown at the same time. These are THE BEST pair of scissors I have ever purchased. Hands down. Sharper than anything they can cut through just about everything with no effort. Easy to clean and easy to tighten if they ever do wiggle loose, but I have not had to adjust anything on them since I purchased them. I know they are labeled fabric/heavy duty scissors, but since I wanted kitchen shears/utility scissors combo, I thought I would try these out and see how they do. Everytime I take them out and cut something, I break out in this huge smile because of how effortlessly it glides through whatever I'm cutting.
