These were recommended to me after my surgery. They are the perfect size for small areas or places where you need to fold them to fit. Instead of freezing them I keep them in my refrigerator so they stay flexible but still cold. They were my lifesaver. I am now healed but will continue to keep them in my fridge. I would think they would also be great for people with children who get bumps and bruises. I might have bought them for after my surgery but I highly recommend them for families just to have for the times you need a cold compress. They are small however for most things they are perfect and not bulky.

Purchased these to help relieve breast engorgment when I first had my baby. These easily froze in the freezer and then slipped right into my bra to sooth sore nipples and full breasts. The only downside is that you get an odd number of ice packs. It would have been easier to get an even number for the purpose I was using them.

Grandson suffered facial fracture in car wreck. I ordered trying to be helpful grandma. These were perfect for this small delicate area post op.

So far these are great! I have had to talk to my toddler about not popping them and stuff since I seen other reviews claiming they break easy and some came broke.Mine came in fine and have done well for all the bumps my kiddo gets and for when I or husband need them. I've had them for maybe a little longer then a month now.2021 update: We still use these! But ww do often have to switch them out with in the hour because they loose their cold.

I suppose it's a good thing this comes in a 5-pack. They don't stay cold much more than a few minutes, so I'll go through 3 of them just to get a good 15 mins of icing a sore arm. Plus side, they get cold again quickly in the freezer and don't become a solid rock.

These are just big enough to cover eyes comfortably. Not to hard and uncomfortable to lay on your skin. Refreeze quickly and easily lay anywhere

They get the job done! I had to use them for a medical reason and they helped to keep my swollen eye down. Great for puffy eyes and dark circles in the morning and can be used on sore spots on the body. The soft side pads the cold enough that you don’t need a towel for a barrier.

Can't return this worthless product.These would be perfect if they kept any sort of cold like a normal ice pack. I bought them to put into the side pockets of my toy dogs mesh harness to avoid over heating this summer. Functionless.I also bought them because I figured they'd be a manageable size for bumps/bruises/mosquito bites/poison oak yada yada... I found that they'd warm almost instantly so I decided to put a stopwatch on it. Yeah these suckers suck and I can't return them. They barely stay cold for 2 minutes. It sucks.

Bought these little round ice packs for my round bento lunchbox. Looks like these will work perfectly if I keep them in a ziplock bag as the backside of these is a fabric like covering.

They just don’t stay cold long enough
