I’ve been purchasing Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee from various places off-and-on for over 30 years since personally buying it in a grocery store in Jamaica. My last several purchases online have been disappointing because the coffee was very stale and tasted awful. But IT IS the best coffee in the world and the only type I don’t even add cream, so I tried again! Upon opening this brand, I was very skeptical and the whole beans did smell a little stale to me, BUT after grinding and brewing, I took a sip (without cream) and it tastes perfect!!! So smooth! No bitter flavor at all! Exactly as I recall the taste of Blue Mountain coffee! I’m so happy to have found this brand. Had to share a photo to show exactly what I got. Thank you Allen’s Trading Company for finding and selling these delicious coffee beans through Amazon! Keeping my fingers crossed it will continue to be delicious when purchase again.

Tastes great. Comparable in price to purchasing in Jamaica and I don’t have to worry about the airport stealing it from me in security. (Signs should be posted at bag checks & long before security checks about this) Our favorite coffee & delivered to our house. The best!!

I was trying to avoid paying a higher price, and was disappointed. This didn't have the flavor, boldness, or texture. I threw away, and purchased my old stand by.

I drank Jamaican coffee when I was in Jamaica. I was blown away by the great taste. It's so smooth and not an overbearing strong taste or bitter like some American coffee. One of the told me to get this brand.

When our local Peets Coffee outlet dropped its exotic coffee whole bean selection, it was time to turn to the Internet for more Jamaican Blue Mountain Estate coffee. This product does not disappoint. Mellow, well rounded flavor profile. My pallet cannot discern all of the flavor notes in the coffee, but I do know what I do and do not like. This purchase was worth the money. And half of what Peets was charging fo full pound of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Unless your taste buds are particularly askew, your coffee dollars are safe with this purchase. Update: I have made subsequent purchases, still an excellent value in all ways.

This coffee is terrible. Blue mountain coffee tastes nothing like this. Where can I find the advertised "certificate of origin" ? There is some of the expected complexity to the flavor and aftertaste but it is all bad. Once I was able to identify one of the subtler flavors I realized it was death. This coffee literally has a flavor like old dead animals smell.It is absolutely Disgusting.

Very Smooth

I have read so many conflicting reviews on this coffee and other Jamaica Blue Mountain coffees on Amazon. So - here is a recent review of my experience. I am not an expert, but I love drinking good, black coffee.The product arrived as advertised.It was fresh and not expired or stale.Coffee was smooth with no bitterness.I was hoping for a bigger flavor but still enjoyed it.Going to try other coffees before I would consider buying again.Cheers!
