Works for opening the nasal passages even w/a deviated septum. Cant comment on helping w/snoring as I do not sleep w/my teenage son who has used the product. But would expect it to help do to it opening the air ways to help with air flow. He days he can breath much better while sleeping if you can get comfortable with the contraption in your nose. I'm sure it may take some time getting use to it being in your nose. You could use it during the day too it's not very noticeable seeing it clear.
