ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Folding Exercise Mat - Pink

I received my mat yesterday, which could not have been more fortuitous. I had been doing serious landscaping work in my yard and my poor, arthritic back was screaming and weeping. Lo and behold, this mat allowed me to do the floor exercises my physical therapist recommended in a comfortable, nay, pleasant way. I have had arthritis since age 16. Floor exercises have been a consistent bugaboo for me, because hard surfaces put too much strain on my knees and wrists. Yoga mats are almost worse, especially if they're textured. This mat eliminated that problem; the first time that's happened outside of physio! It's compact and easily stowed; the rectangular shape is very much appreciated, as it slips neatly and effortlessly into my closet. I like the color, also--it's bright and cheery and gives just that little something extra to look forward to in a workout. Now to the downsides/potential downsides: It definitely has a strong plastic odor. Not at all uncommon with products like this. I hope airing it out will help with that. I aired it for a couple of hours before using it yesterday; by today there is still some lingering odor. Be mindful of this if you're sensitive. I expect that this is a temporary issue. The cover already has some areas where it seems puckered, and repeated stress could possibly wear it out fairly quickly. Time will tell. There are no egregiously sloppy stitches or design flaws. I choose to expect the best, but I'll certainly update as time passes. If you're like me and struggle with floor exercises on hard surfaces, do yourself a HUGE favor and get this mat.

This mat is so great for toddlers.. we use this all the time. Great for tumbling, sitting on. Nice and thick, easy to store and folds up nicely. Easy to clean. So happy we purchased this mat! The pink is cute too.

I can't wait to give this to my granddaughter for Christmas. She is only three but loves to tumble. Nice and thick padding.

I bought this mat to replace a mat I had bought at Dick's Sporting Goods a lonnnng time ago. That mat was still going strong, I had bought it for my daughter to do tumbles on when she took karate over a decade ago. She just moved out and asked if she could take it... how could I say no? This mat is not as soft or as big as that one, but it does the job for what I wanted and i'm hoping it softens up over time maybe? I don't know if it will last for decades, it is very light, very easy to transport and it suits the need for planks and other torturous routines. It tends to slide sometimes, but not too much and if you are very tall I don't think this would work out. I'm 5'4" and it works great, and even if I was a few inches taller I think it would be fine, but not much more than that. I just hope it lasts, it seems ok, but it is not the sturdiest feeling mat I've ever encountered. I hope it lasts at least 5 years.

Lightweight, portable and easy to carry. Mat is a good thickness and firmness, and the material seems durable and is easy to clean. Love that it has handles and easily folds up for storage and on the go. Unfortunately, I had to return because the width of the mat is too narrow for my needs (using it as a physical therapy mat). But otherwise, would be a great mat for a person to lie on for yoga or stretching/core exercises.

I was a bit worried it was going to be too small or not firm enough, but it's not, it's just the right size for me & the mat is firm too! I'm 5'2" and I can lay down on it & do workouts on it. The mat is nice & firm so you won't sink to the floor. It's also easy to clean. I love the way it folds up & it has handles & is easy to carry to storage. I also love this pink color.

I got this folding gym mat for my daughter, and it’s been great for floor exercises. The padding helps reduce back pressure, and she says it’s much more comfortable than a yoga mat. Plus, it folds up easily, so it doesn’t take up much room!
