Great multifunctional, transitionable unit for baby
I just bought this as I am expecting baby number 6 next month. I was looking for something I could use for an extended time frame (I’ve had bassinets which are pointless to me since they outgrown them in 3 months) and I also had a Gravo Travel Lite Pack N Play, which I loved because I could easily move it around the house since it was more compact. Therefore, those are what I will be comparing this to.My first impression unpacking this thing was that it was heavy. It came folded up in the travel bag in the box, and I had to turn the box upside down and slide it out. Once I took the pieces out of the bag, I realized the heaviness might be because this product seemed of good quality. I assembled this within about 30 minutes (I did have to reference the instructions) and am impressed with everything, even though it’s bigger than I expected - probably the size of a regular playpen. I don’t know that it’ll roll easily around the house or fit thru the doorways, but I’ll figure out what spot is best and likely leave it there. I love the newborn sleeper section - it is lined with a nice and comfy white plush, and it’s at a slight incline so the baby’s head will be elevated. It also has a nice little mobile that you can attach with 2 toys for baby to look at. It’s also fairly deep - I don’t think a newborn rolling out will be a concern. The changing portion of this is also great - I like that it’s a nylon type fabric that is wipeable, and although it’s not as deep as the sleeper attachments, it’s deep enough where a baby would have a hard time rolling off. I also really appreciate the organizing unit on the side, and I plan to store diapers, wipes, clothes, and baby toiletries there since it will also be used frequently for changing and dresssing.Of course, the bassinet capability will be perfect for when the baby grows from her newborn stage and will have more room. And of course, the playpen is perfect for a crawling baby who needs some contained playtime. I also want to note that it appears the main playpen area has a zippered removeable lining so it can be thrown in the washing machine.

Disappointed in this playard.
We used the infant sleeper attachment a lot while my daughter was young. I really liked that attachment and felt safe with her sleeping in it. However once we took the attachment off and started using the playard at the bassinet height, I became very uncomfortable with it. There is nothing solid under the mattress when it is at the bassinet height. The mattress dropped down on both ends and I worried that my daughter would roll to one of the ends and be unsafe. We also had the supports break on one end. Their customer service was fantastic when that happened however. They did replace the entire thing. I ended up selling it and getting a graco. They have rods under the mattress in the bassinet setting and it is a much more stable for.

Should have read allll the reveiws :(
When I received the pack n play I absolutely loved it, I put it together and couldn't wait to use it! Now that my baby is here it's useless he's to big for the little sleeper on top and there is no support for the lower section so it bends inward on the sides, the bottom pops up the lock dont stay locked in. wish I would have read all the reviews before buying this

Cute but not the safest.
It’s ok if you don’t have other sleeping arrangements for your baby yet. The bassinet material is very soft and cozy, however it bunches up and sags, posing a suffocation risk. I took it off and put my baby in the bigger lower area instead. However, because each end of the play yard curves downward slightly, my newborn slowly made her way to the end of the “mattress”, pressing herself into the end of the yard. Thank god for the mesh all around! The changing table slopes down at the top and bottom, so if you have a baby that likes to move a kick around, expect to find them all the way at the top or all the way at the bottom of the changing table. The table also leans towards the side of the play yard where you clip it into place, so you can expect your baby to possibly roll toward that side, smashing their face. All in all, it’s cute, but I worry about safety. For now I mostly use it for storage.

Mostly Love
For the most part I love this play yard. We have it at grandmas house and use it everyday as she lives right next door. My son just out grew the napper. He is 11 weeks old and in the 75% for height. He still has a wile to go before he out grows the changing table which is a little longer. We don't really use the extra storage like we thought we would. Maybe that will change has he gets older. He did slide down a little in the napper at first but he never looked uncomfortable. I thought the napper was easy to pull in and out. We haven't traveled with it yet but will be in a few weeks. If it is just totally infuriating to pack I will edit this review. We also haven't washed it. The entire reason we chose this one was because of its washability. Knock on wood we haven't had a major blowout or puke. We have washed a baby chair from the same company and it turned out great.Con: The toy bar doesn't stay in an upright position very well so it would constantly fall and the toys would hit his head. You also can't use the toy bar once you pull the bassinet off.The napper base is cardboard covered in fabric. It bent. Which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.EDIT: 12/2019After this review we noticed a ripped seam. The company was great and sent a new one. Now we are using it for our newborn daughter. So far so good but she is outgrowing the bassinet fast! She is only 5.5 weeks and is a aparently much bigger than her brother.

Great Price for What We Wanted
We wanted a Pack and Play with a bassinet and change table so we could have something on the main floor so we weren't going upstairs to the nursery multiple times per day. Many of them were expensive when we were checking out Babies R Us and though we didn't want to buy something too cheap that wasn't safe however we didn't want to buy one at an arm and a leg price. We have other Ingenuity brand items and have loved them so we decided to go with this product as it was reasonably priced and everything we wanted.Assembly was fairly easy to follow - I had a little trouble setting it up initially however once I understood the mechanisms it was fairly easy to piece together. It doesn't come in too many pieces either which is nice!Change table has an easy to clean base for any messes that aren't contained. Bassinet has mesh panelling at the head where the baby is sleeping and a comfortable fuzzy bottom. Elevated bottom to the pen that can be lowered.I find it sturdy and we've used it tons already and are really happy with our purchase!

Great, less expensive alternative to Graco
Husband out this together in a few minutes. We leave it set up in our living room so I don't actually know how easy it is to fold and unfold. The change table gets used multiple times a day, and baby loves hanging out in there (under constant supervision) after a change. Handy pocket on the side for diaper supplies. He also LOVEs the fuzzy bassinet, and it's one of the only places he lets us put him down to sleep (only for naps, while supervised). I like that the sides of the bassinet are mesh. The unit seems sturdy. No problems so far!

Looks great and very functional
Our playard arrived quickly. While we have not yet used it, baby due in late April, we are impressed with the functional applications. The bassinet and change table are ideal for travel, but will also be used in our room for the first 6 months of our little one's life. We had to youtube set up instructions, the first set up was a bit difficult, but now that we have done it once, we are confident that the next set up will be easier. The product comes with a great travel case for the pen, and the bassinet and change table break down into compactable units as well- it would have been nice to have a travel case big enough for these functions. The washable elements are a nice benefit too, we can imagine baby will have a few accidents and this feature will likely come in handy at some point. Great buy, highly recommend!

Best Quality/Price
Great! Buy that one! You won’t regret it! The bassinet is great for new born. Fairly easy to set up, just a few part that could done better but this the best you’ll get on the market without spending a whole pay check.

Cute but a little bit uncomfortable
My baby hated the bassinet and it was the only reason I bought it, it moves and it is flimsy, also it seems not very safe. The changer it is great and I have used it a lot. The playpen “mattress” It is very hard so I had to add a blanket under the sheet to make it comfortable for the baby.
