I had a silicone case like this for my previous ipod nano 6th generation & I've hardly ever dropped my ipod. Naturally I can be a total klutz & I tend to rush about being a typical Aries! ^_^ And essentially this not only protects the ipod from wear, tear & my clumsiness but you're much less likely to smash the screen if you drop it. However if you wanna go the extra mile for more protection, you could purchase other cases for the ipod 7th generation & there are even socks available in lots of different colors to suit you. Also this is a MUST have especially if you workout at the gym i.e. running, cross trainer etc quite a lot.

absolutely perfect fit for the i pod nano .. u can even charge it via usb cablewhile connected to i pod, I have to decide on another colour now ..

Tough little case, Bonus that it comes with a screen protector. Great value for money. Would definatley recommend and buy again.

It’s a very nice case and I love the colour! It has slightly taught edges, which helps holding it in one hand and scrolling the thumb at the same time. It came with a screen protector.The reason why I gave it 4* is it doesn’t fit well in the bottom area where the charger and headphones ports are. Otherwise nice product. And can put my iPod into the running arm band with the case on no problem.

Looks good when on ipod, but presents a number of problems. Firstly, buttons are covered and become difficult to use. Secondly, it prevents the ipod from docking correctly to lightning connectors. Finally, being a tight fit it is quite tricky to get the case off the ipod again - which is a pain as it has to be removed to be able to connect to a dock for charging. Overall would not recommend.

This gel skin looks the part but it causes problems when connecting the nano to docking station and USB cable. the skin is too thick therefore I have to remove it when connecting the nano to anything which is a bit of a pain.
