I am taking methotrexate to suppress an overactive immune system which results in head-to- toe eczema. Lately, the Rx hasn't been working and the eczema has been flaring. MCAS=Mast Cell Activation Syndrome is something I self-diagnosed as being the culprit. I took just one pill of this quercetin and noticed an immediate improvement in the eczema on my hands. After a week, it's pretty much gone, unless I cheat and eat foods that are known triggers. This supplement has been a life saver for me, I am planning on decreasing the methotrexate and hopefully can totally get off of the drug.

This product is easy to swallow and really has no taste to it. I assume it’s working in me because I don’t get sick.

This is a great product for giving your immune system a boost, HOWEVER, be aware that it Can make your heart race! If you’re taking blood pressure medication you may feel it more than someone who’s BP is normal. I don’t know how safe it would be if your blood pressure fluctuates.

I really have no idea how well this works or how well absorbed it is, but I would like to think it has added to my immune health. I read a review on this particular product on Consumer Labs I believe and it passed all the tests, so I went with this choice.
