Very effective product when used with the whole HairMax system but does not make as noticeable a difference when used alone or paired with other shampoo lines. HairMax is upfront about this in their literature and says for best results, use in conjunction with HairMax shampoo-conditioner and the infrared hair growth device. System is expensive to use all products long-term, but it does help with re-growth and lessening hair loss if you commit to make the investment.

My mom is in her mid 80s and had serious hair thinning issues and several bald spots. She purchased the Hair MAX halo that is put over the head three times a week and pulsates with light to grow hair. This brand of shampoo and conditioner came with it and was recommended to be used along with the device. It was expensive- like $650.00 but IT WORKED! after about five months we saw definite filling in of the balding areas and now about a year and a few months later her hair is thick and AMAZING . So glad this brand is available through here - highly recommended it

I have fine hair and this shampoo does make my hair seem fuller. The smell is strong but nice and it lasts. I was surprised by the lather - a lot for a small amount of shampoo. The only drawback is that in making my hair feel thicker, the shampoo also changed the texture so my hair is not as smooth and more prone to frizz. That does seem like a logical trade-off though. Overall, I would probably stick to using this on low humidity days or when I was not going for a straight and smooth look.

this shampoo did nothing for my long fine hair, except make it flat and dry. I would NOT purchase again.

I have only used it once but so far I love the way it make my hair feel and it does make my hair look thicker

Smell is unpleasant and it has no impact on hair growth or maintenance. Move along to another product, this one is a gimmick.
