Very good shoe in a bit of a different flavour
I bought these mainly because I already have Specialist, and wanted the same feel with anti slip sole and a softer foot bed. I could not find a lot of opinions on these, so I ordered a pair and these are my findings: the shoe is sized true to size in length (same as Specialist), but it is slightly wider. I think it is a good thing, because the main mold of croslite (shoe body) is firmer and harder then the Specialist, while the insole is softer then Specialist. Additional width prevents my feet from rubbing on the harder sides, so it feels pretty comfortable. The height of the shoe over the toes is a bit lower then Specialist, and it took a bit of wearing them to get used to it, but now I kinda like the snug fit height wise, together with extra fitvand a nice soft footbed it makes for a well rounded and nice feeling when wearing them. You surely wont loose these even without a strap on the back as the feet sits nice and deep in them. The strap is a bit odd at first, since it emits a slight sound of the velcro moving while walking if the strap is worn on the back, but you will not hear it in a normal enviroment, eg, outside, in work, etc. It only gets noticeable in avery very quiet enviroment. I do not mind it at all. As for anti slip, these things stick! They grip on everything I tried them on: wet tiles, wet stone, asphalt, plastic floors, wet metal moving stairs and tracks. I have to yet find a surface on which they will slip. As of now, I havent been able to find it. As such, it is a pleasure to wear them while its raining and being sure I wont slip. There is a slight downside to the anti slip sole, however, and it is that it can be hard to clean, since it attracts everything in its pattern, small sand particles, grass, dirt, etc, but overall a small price to pay for fantastic anti slip properties. As for design, I like it a lot. The upper front part seems to be glued on, as well as the orange insole and anti slip sole. Overall the shoe is much firmer then Specialist, but the soft insole gives it a plush ride and a very satisfactory feel on the feet. Bistro Pro also seems warmer then Specialist, my feet are udually cold but they were toasty in these after a few minutes. The insole is especially good when barefoot, it gives a feeling of walking on plush pillows. Construction is multi part, as in glued together, while in contrast the Specialist a single piece molded shoe. Time will tell which will hold up better over time. All in all, I am very satisfied with the Bistro Pro, which is a distincively different shoe then the Specialist, but also a very good one at that. It is firmer, gives a slightly different feel, but also a very good Crocs shoe, faithful to the tradition, so it is a 5 star product.

Before buying, consider whether you want air holes!
Nice set of kitchen crocs Size: oversize fit, i'm a size 10 and the size 10 fit me loosely but comfortably and don't off my feet - having not tried a 9 I can't comment if ordering a size down is a good idea. Features: No holes in the rubber, this can make your toes/socks get sweaty but also keeps them dry if it's wet out. the fact that there are no holes makes them excellent for walking around outside when wet (e.g. when camping and there's dew on the grass) rubber is firm but not solid - have not tested but I expect they would stop anything except a direct hit from a very heavy & sharp knife point very good non-slip grip.

Decent kitchen shoes
I have only just received my order, so can’t really comment on how well they last etc The sizing on the listing is really confusing and annoying. The different men’s size and women’s size makes no sense, it’s not how shoe sizes work (not in the uk anyway). I’m female, I ordered my size based on the men’s sizing given - if I had ordered a size smaller as recommended then they would not have been long enough. Yes, men tend to have wider feet, but if you want narrow shoes you will need to buy specific women’s or narrow shoes. Width wise they are not snug but they are also not so wide that it’s a problem. I notice there are other reviews complaining about the strap. I think it is a bit of a design fault, using the strap around my heel doesn’t seem to make any difference. There is a moulded back on the shoes so I don’t really plan on using the strap. The shoes seem ideal for kitchen work and I’m generally happy. They are smart and very sturdy with a comfy insole. The price is good compared to other outlets I’ve looked at.

Perfect for healthcare
I'm writing a review after 4 and a half years of wearing these cloggs as a ITU nurse. I bought these the closed foot style (no holes) and the ability to readjust the back. They are perfect for my line of work. They became contaminated with bodily fluids I chuck them in the shower and disinfect them without having to worry about them getting wet or ruining them. I can wipe them down with disinfectant and they havnt faded or gotten ruined. I am on my feet for 13 hour days. I chose this style for the added cushioning and arch support and it's definitely worth it. These shoes are very durable, they have stood up well for the last 4 years.
