Casafina Forma Collection Stoneware Ceramic Rect. Baker 12", White

This dish is much smaller than claimed. They appear to take their measurement from the outside and from the tip of one handle to the tip of the other handle so if you need a true 13x9 then this isn't anywhere close that size! I thought that a 12.5x8.5 pan would be close, but no way on this one. The inside dimensions of the pan are 10.25x8. I haven't used it yet, but I can already tell the unglazed exterior is going to be a real challenge to keep clean. I do like that it's much deeper than most glass baking pans.

Good size, deep enough for casseroles and works well in the hot pre-heated oven. Requires greasing otherwise a bit hard to wash but that’s expected

I was looking everywhere for a DEEP pan that wasn't smaller at the bottom and bigger at the top, but I didn't want aluminum as we wanted to use it as a beautiful dessert serving dish for Tiramisu. It works perfectly for this! And, it's beautiful!
