Looks good and complete.
Came with everything I need (except battery cables). I am still installing it but it came with the tube and control cable and switch. I was concerned the tube was short but it going to work fine on my 2859' low profile classic Bayliner. The control cable may be short, we'll see. The tube is 4.75" outside diameter for the hole. this is maybe 1/16th big, but I can't cut that close anyway. and 29" long. I need to wait for warmer weather to fiberglass in the tube. This kit came with the tube, switch, fuse & control wire. On the Lewmar web site the "Kit" only comes with the thruster. Watch the Amazon included list. I am installing the battery in the same box as the thruster with a charging cable coming from the back battery bank with a dc to dc charger. Redodo 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery and Redodo 12V 40A DC to DC Charger with 10 gauge wire connecting them. I will need a remote low voltage cutoff switch between the battery and the thruster. Bought 24" 4 awg battery cable to go between the thruster and the battery. will need one more positive cable for the remote cut off switch. I will run a low voltage wire pair with the control wire to the bridge for the thruster switch and cut off switch.

Order what you need someplace else
I haven't installed the thruster yet, so this review is just about what Amazon is selling. On other sites, this exact thruster "kit" includes the tunnel, joystick control, control Cabe, fuse, and fuse holder along with the thruster. Naturally when I saw this exact same part number on Amazon for $100 less, I bought it here. However, buyer beware! This same kit sold on Amazon is only for the thruster. All the other pieces you need will have to be sourced elsewhere and this specific tunnel you need only comes in the real kit. Save your money and frustration and purchase the kit that has everything you need from someone else like Lewmar.factoryoutletstore.com for $100 more. Now I will return this to Amazon and take my own advice. You've been warned.

No warranty. When purchased through Amazon Lewmar will not cover the warranty.
Unit failed after 10 months and Lewmar would not fix because Amazon is not an Authorized Dealer
