B & R Plastics Inc FC22-4-24 Cups 22 Oz Set of 4 Plastic, colors may vary

I've been looking for these cups for several years. I originally bought (4) at a Walgreens about 20 years ago. Over time, the cups eventually were broken by some mishaps (like accidentally dropping them on the floor). I bought some cheap replacement cups of another brand from Amazon, but they were not of the same size, thickness, or quality.My icemaker is not working, so I usually fill the cups about 3/4 of the way and place them in the freezer for several hours. When they're frozen, I top them off with tap water and have a nice 22 oz. cup of ice water that lasts for several hours. (My cat likes ice water too!) I bought two 4-count sets of these cups recently, and I am very satisfied with their quality! (I didn't care about what colors Amazon shipped me, but I was very pleased that they sent (4) deep pink and (4) medium blue.) They'll probably last me at least another 20 years.

I ordered this product because I loved my old cups which are like the ones in picture. What I received was a substitute. The sub is taller and thinner. More likely to tip over when used by my grands. I do not like the substitute cups.

I was expecting these cups to be larger, but they are short and big around. I do not like the fact that you cannot pick your color. I ended up with a color that totally clashed with everything else I have (not to mention I don't even like the color!) However, if you are looking for short cups and don't care what color they are, you should definitely order them!

We have been looking for more cups like the blue one shown. We like cups shorter and wider so they're not tippy, and so the stick blender fits in easily for smoothies. The photo on the site looked just like what we wanted. But, as you can see in the orange and yellow ones we ordered, the ratio of height to width is not what the site shows. And after realizing they weren't the right proportion of height to width, I looked more carefully at the product details. It says 4"W x 2.5"H. That doesn't even make sense for a couple of reasons: The width isn't more than the height. And your cups are 2.5" wide at the bottom and 5.5" tall. (They're 3.5" wide at the top, in case anyone is wondering.) Everything else about them is great, but we can get these practically anywhere! But stores don't carry the ones we want anymore. But, no biggie. Life goes on. I just want to let people know in case the ratio makes a difference to them.

The good:1. Affordable2. Made in the US3. SturdyI bought these to replace the single remaining cup that finally cracked which my hubby would not let go... he refused all the made in China cups I found to replace it. So I looked carefully at the bottom of his favorite cup to find the name of the company (which preceded B&R) and found these through a google search. I was so happy to finally replace that old cup. He's very satisfied with the quality of the cups!The bad:Can't select a color choice. We ended up with all four in lime green. not so bad, but it would be nice if we had a choice of colors!

I had a set of these cups 30 years ago, and only had one left. It has been my favorite cup for all these years, but showed its age. So lucky i found this set, its exactly the same as my old favorite. The reason i love them so much is that they just the right size to hold alot of beverage without being tall; which would end up spilling over easily. And they are light weight and easy to wash. Now i have 4 favorite cups to last the rest of my life!!

Flimsy, and cheap. Unable to separate each cup because they are so thin.I have had the ORIGINAL CUPS showing in the photos and they lasted for years. However they were made from a thicker plastic.The photo of the item is deceiving and not true.

My dad used to have four wide-base 24 oz plastic cups that were used almost exclusively in our house growing up for drinking giant cups of chocolate milk (NesQuik powder, to be specific). Over the years they all cracked or befell some other unfortunate fate. Well, this year for Christmas I was able to order these for my dad. Other than the color, these were just about identical to the ones we used to have. I've kept my eyes open every time I've gone down the aisle of plastic cups in any Target, Wal-Mart, or other home goods store and I've never found cups with these proportions. The wide base just changes the drinking experience, and this was a fair bit of nostalgia.Thanks for helping me bring back some good memories for my dad.

Big.... But don't expect a variety of colors ..... I ordered 2 packs an got 2 colors..
