extremely dissappointed
I used to have NEX5 and NEX6 cameras. I had several lenses and I loved them. I figured it was time to upgrade to the almighty a6500. What a huge disappointment. I got the kit lens with it and when on a vacation. Since it was a vacation with a 5 yr old I did not want to set up my camera for each scenario before every picture was taken. Put the camera to auto and while i was not expecting award winning photos but i was definitely expecting better photos with this new camera and the snappy / fast auto focus. Boy, was I wrong. Almost all pictures came out kinda blurry. Only realized it at home when I downloaded the picture. They looked fine on the small screen. Bought the camera in march just before the vacation and I Didn't even use it since and today was the first day of school so i took some new pictures, this time with a nearly $1000 arl zeiss e mount lens which I had for a long time and shot killer images on nex6. I used manual focus and even trying to focus manually (even tried to use the focus assist) and felt something being off. I tried to use the small viewfinder and also adjusted the small wheel but didn't help. Even with this lens the pictures look the same. Out of focus and soft. This picture was shot at f1.8 , iso 400 and 1/800sec.I have checked both ends of the lens and also the camera. No smudges. Everything is super clean. Unfortunately I had the camera for 5 months now. Even tho i barely shoot some pictures with it there is no way to return it for a refund. And believe me I really want to return it. The only thing I realized the first time i put the lens on the its a lot harder to click the lens into its place compared to nex 5 and 6. All lenses are like this. Doesn't really feel like im breaking it but it requires twice as much force to rotate and click the lens into its place. visually everything looks fine.Love sony and loved the nex cameras but this is unusable. :(

Great Camera!
I recently got on the Sony train from canon 80D and I have no regrets! The quality is amazing and the feel is great too. I love the 4k video and picture quality it’s is amazing. BUT a Little tiny but.. the screen needs to be more selfie friendly speacially since I vlog on YT SpookieLu check it out! Other then that it’s a total recommend from me no real over heating issues the battery’s last a few hours which is totally enough for a days shoot.

This thing is scam and is not working, no charger as promised, many things are missing. I regret buying this and i am very far away.
