Honestly, I have looked for a machine just like this forever it seems! I happened to find this one as an open box purchase so not only did I find the absolute best cleaning tool ever, I got a screaming deal on it too! I love it when things work out!! So far, no issues and I have used the machine several times. To clean my carpet, my couches, hard to reach places like behind the toilet!! This machine is AMAZING!! It’s small enough to hide in your coat closet or to place in your car and take it with you! I’m telling you, once you use this thing and see how well it works, you are going to want to use it everywhere! Great product for the money! Highly recommended!

fresh out of box i used it ( on mop only so far) and it worked great. floors feel clean and done way better than i usually mop. it took up some stains on my linoleum flooring and alot of dust house feels and smells cleaner. hope it holds up for the long haul cause i like it and think it does good job. it was a good buy and id buy iy again. but as said ive used it only once straight out of box. but ive so far no reason to suspect it not to last just throwing that out there

The media could not be loaded. It works really good. I Have no issues witj the attachments and everything came perfectly packaged. My only issue is that after a few grout cleanings the grout brush isn't doing to well and I wouldn't mind purchasing the additional grout brushes.So far heat was consistent!Do use filtered water!It's very lightweight with a long cord and its pretty durable to me with exception of the grout brushFor me it works great and no issues. I will update in 6 months !

This is a great steam mop. It cleans fast and easy, the cord is super long, heats up fast, and is the perfect size as a mop and as a hand help attachment. I will say it took a little bit to figure out use but after that, it is my go to cleaning tool!

It's a good mop, the attachments were a nice idea (and the reason I purchased it along with the price) but they are very cheap and will warp and the brushes will disfigure after the first use. It does mop well but leaves behind lots of water so make sure you have a towel handy if using on wood or laminate. I have tile and wasn't exactly blown away by the performance but could tell my floors are a lot more clean than a traditional mop. I do recommend purchasing extra pads because if your floors havent been properly cleaned in a long time they will get really dirty really fast. In all I do not regret my purchase and will continue to use this item for mopping.

It’s a life saver w 2 Great Danes, they track in dirt from the backyard & it’s impossible to keep ahead of them! This saves me time & effort. I switch pads, use a cleaning solution that I purchased w the steamer. But the bottle was small. I switched to a different one just check that it won’t damage the steamer & use distilled water. Currently using Simple Green diluted internet claims it’s safe. So far so good! You won’t be disappointed w the purchase it heats up quickly & the cord is pretty long.I have many outlets. There’s a dial for the steam intensity or to turn off. It pays for itself not having to squeeze & bend w a mop. I’m very happy with mine.

Edited:I originally was so discouraged because the steamer I received was not working properly and appeared to be not as advertised. I was very critical. One of the representatives reached out to me apologized, and offered to send me a new steamer and personally plan a call to walk through instructions and aid in making sure the new product works properly! She was so respectful and considerate and it completely changed my heart on the matter! Definitely a business with integrity and I place a lot of value in that. If you have any issue at all just reach out to the seller and consider giving it a second try. They will right the situation.Original Review:As a mom, I almost never spend money on myself, and should I even count spending $90 on a steam cleaner a gift to MYSELF? Probably not, especially with the product I received. I’ve been so excited to receive this steamer. I researched several over the span of a week before choosing the 10 in 1 steamer. I put it together as soon as it arrived. I’ve used it 4 times now and have not managed to successfully clean one area. I tried my bathtub, front door, and base boards. It is not near as strong as it’s advertised. Steam spits out about half the time and will build up and shoot off the attachment. It literally blows the attachment off if I turn it all the way up to try and get more pressure to clean. It’s just weak. I don’t know how else to explain it and I truly can not believe I spent $90 for it and for it to go on sale the next day for $60 it should be priced $60 all the time and to me it’s not even worth that. Maybe I received a bad product. I never have to write negative reviews but it truly deserved it. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt but it doesn’t do half of what it advertised and what I needed for our home.
