Provides good arch support. Have worn them on multiple 12-16 hour days on my feet and they don't go flat like most other insoles. Fit in most work and hiking shoes provided you take out prior insoles and cut them to size. They're pricey, but value is there as they are quality and long-wearing.

These are very well-made and could be comfortable for the right person but the arch was way too high for me so I returned them but they’re very well-made and I think it’s a good try

I bought the XS. It is supposed to fit a woman's size 7 shoe. I put this insole in several different pairs of size 7 shoes and they were too short for every pair by 1/2 to 1/4 inch. As other receives have stated they are very thick, which is what I think will make them very comfy if the sizing were accurate.

Same ones that my podiatrist gave me. Very supportive and extremely cushioning. Relieves foot and knee pain for me. I ordered the smallest size even though I wear a womens 8. I did not have to trim them this way. They are thick so you may need to remove shoe insole or move to a bigger size shoe for a comfortable fit.

I ordered two different sizes and paid $75 for these overly expensive soles and I was sent the SAME EXACT size! I am NOT cutting these expensive soles. This is a sham. See images. I expect to get the exact size I need when an item is this expensive! I needed these for a medical reason. Now I cannot trust if I will be sent the correct size if I order again. These are way too big for a woman who wears size 9 shoes - this means these MUST be cut and possibly ruined - thus making them non-returnable. False advertising.
