Perfect!
I bought another item from the same company earlier which was faulty for the upper tank relay. This time the device worked perfectly. It was really a hassle to run and turn the pump off when we hear the water overflowing. Now it's the peace of mind. We have 24 hours of water supply without having to worry about filling the overhead tank.

Good product, but need more explanation about operation& installation.Wiring provided on leaflet is wrong, follow diagrams on the device.

Not a good product and bad support!!
Absolutely bad product. I bought three units two throgh Amazon and one directly from dealer. The wiring diagram given is not so helpful. There are no explanations about the LED indications on the unit.Tried with experienced electrician. Motor will not start in Auto but will work in Manual mode. Poor help from vendor too.I had to remove the unit and work without it.I am writing this review after trying many times to be sure I have tried all.

Not as expected
The product is of average quality. The main/mode switch is very hard and does not work properly. However, the device works very well in automatic mode. In manual mode if automatic stop would have been provided and quality of workmanship improved, then this product would have been excellent.
