The only reason I gave it 4 stars is when I wear it in my pump bustier with the pump it’s all quite bulky but does what it needs to do.

These were amazing during my first month of breastfeeding/pumping journey. Helped my letdown tremendously and helped soothe and relieve my engorged breasts and my clogged ducts form my over supply. Super easy to use I mainly used them for heating but they’re super easy to freeze as well and the cloth covers they come with are super soft.

dint really help much for clogs but it is an easy to use item

I recently suffered from a very painful case of mastitis, caused by overproduction and engorgement. I put these in the freezer and wore them 15 minutes at a time after pumping to decrease production and pain/swelling. They feel wonderful and can be microwaved too to stimulate production and flow. Love a dual-purpose product!!

The package only had directions for cold use and said "see package for hot instructions" but there were no instructions. So i just microwaved in 5 second intervals to conservatively find the right amount. It still got too hot though. And didnt seem to help out with a painfully clogged duct at all. A hot shower plus massage did a better job. And these are also too big for me, so not sure how to use with a pump, although i still like the idea of that.

I love these! Bought them while still in hospital after a c-section and knew I’d be breast feeding full time, they’re great quality and super easy to clean. I’d recommend them highly for anyone, especially a first time mom like me who was overwhelmed by the many breast soothing products

These pads saved my life during the very first days after being discharged from the hospital. They do help if you are engorged. Would recommend to have them just in case-you never know! First week of Breastfeeding became much less painful with them.

These are nice. 15 seconds in the micro is perfect, more than that will burn your boobies! I have yet to use them cold. Great if you're dealing with lumps or mastitis.
