Paper Mart Red Raffia Ribbon, Matte Finish, 1/4 Inch Wide, 100 Yard Craft Ribbon Roll

It said Matte Raffia Ribbon, but it was not Matte at all, actually have so much shine in it. Also really thin compared to all my other raffias. This is almost like a plastic feeling or maybe it is plastic.I usually do not return craft stuff for collecting purposes, but I decided to return right after I opened the package.There is so much sturdier and better quality of Raffias within this price range from Amazon and please buy those, not this.

I love raffia ribbon! It makes it easy to give great looking gifts. I have plenty left over for birthday presents this year. You just have to make sure you don't pull too hard when making knots. It can break but it takes a really hard tug to break it. The Berwick brand on Amazon seemed a little stronger but both worked well.

I go through this stuff like crazy. You get your money’s worth and it’s pretty.

Great stuff. It is plastic, but it looks very similar to rafia. It even shreds, if you split the ends. The plus is that you can get the length you need and if you are using several "strands," you don't need to worry about some being shorter than others.This red is a perfect Christmas red.

Allowed me not to have to add a bow to my Christmas packages. Tied around the gift box leaving about a 3 inch tail after tying the knot. Flared out the ribbon on the tail. Added a second short piece of ribbon to the knot area and flared the ends. Perfect!Easy to use and lots of product. Will be buying more colors.

Great for crafts

The raffia itself is great; however, the spool that it was on is horrible. When I opened the box, I noticed that one end of the spool was popped off. The raffia was tangled. I need to sit down and unwind it and then wind it up correctly.

I was looking for biodegradeable ribbon for my brothers wreath. This worked perfect for the paddle out, spreading of his ashes.
