My wife broke both of the factory keys by forcing them when steering wheel was not locked. (in the Lexus owner's manual it clearly states to turn the wheel to the right if ignition switch does not turn). I also had a bit of a problem with the tight fit on blade holder. I would rather spend a few minutes with emery paper cleaning up the gunk on the blade than have it loose and break the case again. I also changed the batteries in both keys while I had them apart. I have not had a problem with the buttons being a little more indented in the casing.
