I find this book especially helpful for those into magick and those who need protection from external energies, and those in mediumship! I like this author and their other books as well!

This book is one of the best and most helpful books I have ever read! As an empath I struggled all my life with absorbing other people’s energies like a sponge. This book taught me great techniques to keep my energetic boundaries. Absolute must!

This book is foundational for psychic protection and a book that gives good information that really works. It’s an easy read as long as this subject isn’t completely foreign to you. Highly recommend.

I honestly wish I had gotten this book a lot sooner in my life. This book is a a wonderful marriage between pragmatism and spirituality. The author is straightforward, to the point and speaks in a matter- of- fact, common nonsensical kind of way, which is RARE in metaphysical/spiritual books. For example, at the end of the book, he gives you a few tips about how to detect if a psychic is authentic or just trying to steal your money and gives many tips on becoming an ethical spiritual worker. I didn`t give this book 5 stars only because I find some parts of the book are redundant and some of the exercises were not to my liking. Other than that, this book is a keeper. It`s a great read and I will definitely refer to this book throughout my spiritual journey.

Nice read about psychic or energetic vampires. Dramatic terms, in simple words, people who literally suck the life and joy out of you.A must read for all the HSP and Empaths out there.Personally, I have an issue with the term "Psychic" as it reminds me of the charlatans behind 1-900 numbers or scammers taking advantage of the desperate.Perhaps a personal issue, but if you feel the same. Get past the title, and enjoy the read.

I love this book. For anyone who feels drained by other peoples energies, this is the book to have. It is a good reference to go back to when you forget something. It should be on every ones shelf. It is a great book to learn how to protect your aura!
