He apparently chewed at the collar and a wire came out and wrapped around his jaw.I'll give them this- the product is sturdy. It never moved or came off but we damn near had to cut our baby out. He has cuts all over his mouth and it irritated the skin on the back of his head and shoulders. We very sincerely thought we were going to have to put him down because it looked like he had cut his mouth so bad and we couldn't see some teeth.DO NOT BUY.
