Hi i have just brought for my son for christmas. we have an older xbox one and didn't realise it wouldn't work. what adapter would you recommend?

I bought these for my son for his older Xbox one. The head phones plug into the Xbox controller and should come with all necessary wires etc.

Can these be used as normal headphones for a phone

Yes, you can remove the mic and connect via the 3.5mm jack cable.

What's headsets impediance / ohms other than the microphone?

I don't know but this was an awful product that broke after a month and creative were a nightmare on the warranty
