Self-balancing Feature is Great
The self-balancing feature is vital when ordering a hoverboard for very young children. This was a gift for my granddaughter’s fifth birthday. It has been great! No falls and she immediately rode it like it was second nature. Spinning on it too. Her low center of gravity helps too. I am very pleased with the item. (The battery life is good for a child her age ).

Fun!!
My son is eight and absolutely loves it! He had to get on it a few times and balance himself and that was it. Super easy to operate and have fun! We had an issue with the original one but the seller was great. They sent a replacement very fast. Highly recommend product and seller.

Rider beware...(updated)
The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas and followed directions to the letter and as you can see at the end of the video it just stops working. I’ve calibrated it, it just powers off throwing my daughter to the ground. The battery was fully charged and when plugged in it plutons right back on with a full battery. Waiting for a response now from the company and will follow up with results. At this point I would not recommend this product for safety reasons. Update: Customer service was very responsive and quick to communicate with additional steps to troubleshoot and when that didn’t work they issued the RMA. We had to pay return shipping but was promised full refund including shipping. Great customer service!

Very pleased with purchase
Bought for my my 11 year old daughter. Took her about 5 minutes before she was rolling around like shes been doing it for years. Easy to use, she loves the bluetooth feature. It holds charge for several hours. She gets a little wobbly over cracks in the sidewalk, but hasnt fallen. Happy with purchase

Wish it had longer battery life.
This is a great hoverboard my daughter loves. The self balancing is GREAT as my daughter's friends are able to hop and and take very little time to find their balance. I only wish the battery life was a little longer. My daughter will run this all over the house and in just about an hour in will need to charge it again. this probably has a lot to do with the LED lights on the wheels which I do not believe you can turn off. Besides the longevity of the battery charge, this is a GREAT hoverboard.
