Rubbish, I want my money back. Furious.
This lock is a TOTAL waste of money. On the second night of securing my bike overnight thieves had cut through the lock. I want my money back.

Not as theft proof as advertised
My bike was stolen when I used this lock.

Great idea - wear your bike lock!
Ignore the negative reviews - there's not a single bike lock in the world that can't be cut through with giant bolt cutters or and angle grinder in a few seconds. All you can do is deter the casual thief, all the professional thief needs to be somewhere out of sight and have the proper tools. What I love about this is the ability to wear it around the waist. I'm 6'2" and 14st , I found the large fitted fine. It's really easy to secure the bike. I would have preferred the green but currently out of stock everywhere. I went for the black, less visible but maybe more fitting if used as a belt? Really happy with the 'Gold' rating.

Easy to break through
I was really happy with this lock until my bike was stolen yesterday. It took thieves less than a minute to get through this lock, based on CCTV footage. I was so convinced this lock would provide good protection I had left my Brompton bike outside the building when I could easily have carried it in. Based on my experience, I can't say it was worth the money.

Belt security issues
I purchased this for a 100 mile sportive event to be able to secure my bike if I needed to stop. I got the large size as I am a 38inch waist. This one is to long to tie to the bike with the straps provided even trying to bend it around at the front it just scratched the cross bar with the metal. I put the belt around my waist and secured with the elastic straps as instructed and the antilock piece in. It came undone three times during the event causing a crash the one time. It also does not sit comfortable at waist height as your legs hit the belt and buckle. Raising it up around the belly helps with this and it was quite comfy once I did that. It is light weight for what it is. Think it needs a better fastener when being used as a belt. I would recommend getting the pair of little ones tha can attach to the bike direct as aposed to the belt for these reasons.

Very good lock
I find this easy to use and easy to carry about as a waist belt - generally better than heavy and bulky D locks and I am pretty confident in the security although 'not stolen yet' is hardly an advert. I would be very surprised if this wasn't at least as good or better than an expensive D lock though. I've not tried carrying it any other way than around my waist and I don't imagine it would be that easy to carry in a bag or anywhere else. Well it would go in a bag but take up a good bit of space. So if you want a really sturdy lock this is great - but it IS very expensive. I don't regret my purchase though, and can't identify the problems of people who've had trouble with the lock.

Robust but very stiff.
This is not really "wearable" as the manufacturers seem to suggest: it is monstrously stiff, to the point that rolling it up to put it in the supplied carrying bag is a bit of a struggle!Having said that, it is light, fits in my backpack easily and robust. Having a gold standard means that my bike is insured whenever I leave it locked with this. The lock is a bit fiddly to get to work but once you've learned the knack, it is no problem.

Interesting design
I haven’t used the lock as yet on my bike however it is well made and an interesting design. It’s wider than I had realised and less flexible than a simple cable design. I can see why an option is to wear it. I would be confident leaving my bike or motorcycle locked with this device.
