Very high quality, operate totally smooth. What you should expect for spending that much money. Overall, the install wasn't hard but took longer than I thought. If you do it here are a few thoughts/recommendations: 1. They tell you to install the step rails on to the hinges right away - next time I would wait until the end as they make getting under the truck to run the wires and install the lights much harder. 2. They talk about snaking the two wiring harnesses down the passenger and driver side wheel wells. To do the job right you need to pull the front tires and the inner fender wells - they aren't hard to take out and make it super easy to route the wires the right way. 3. To drill the holes for the lights - start with a 1/8" drill bit then use a step drill to enlarge the hole to the correct size. Other reviewers have complained that the rails hit the truck when raised. I didn't have that problem at all on a 2021 Sierra 1500.

Very nice upgrade. I would suggest having a 3-6” lift on most trucks in order to need this particular step. Cheaper here than ordering directly. Clean slim look. Plug n play is worth the extra cost. After a few months Ive noticed the steps are incredibly loud inside and outside of my truck. The motor itself and the thud when closed. Much louder than expected

Made in the USA and the quality is awesome! No these are not for a typical DIYer to install on their own. Some knowledge is required on how to properly route the wiring to avoid the areas that can either cause damage to the wiring or be dangerous for the truck. As long as you understand this, you will have no problem installing these. They are built very well and look awesome. Appears to be very durable finish on almost all the parts. The plastic on the motors is white and I can see it not looking great after some time but that is my OCD thing. The bolts attaching the motors to the frame do not appear to be stainless steel and i can see them rusting over time. I will change these out for SS ones in the near future. Shipping was extremely fast from this seller. Ordered these on Friday knowing it was going into the weekend and nothing would happen until Monday. Within hours of seeing the shipment notification, got a phone call from the shipper to set up delivery on Tuesday, the very next day. Yes the delivery less than 24 hours from the shipment notification.

Installed on a 2022 Silverado Z71 CrewCab. The install process is what you make of it. I took my time with routing the harness for a OEM look under the hood. They work very well. I like how each side works independently to the other. If a drivers side door, either front or rear is open, then only the drivers side step will extend. Same goes for the passenger side. The operation is very fast and smooth. Worth the money.

I love them!! Easy to install and very discrete profile when folded up. They almost disappear and they sit just above the bottom of the body molding under the doors. I feel they are sturdier and look better than the factory ones I have on our Cadillac. The steps a good thickness, sharp-looking and have a nice flat powder coating. Really sets off my 2020 GMC Sierra AT4. Very cool to see them fold down automatically, use them and see them fold back up!! Everyone is always impressed at the technology. I read another review that stated they had to grind down a weld but if you measure correctly as per installation instructions no grinding is necessary. Took about 4 hours to install...2-3 hours if you have a lift. Liked these so much, I bought another set for my new 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 Crew Cab!

First of all, no instructions provided when I opened box. No biggie, downloaded from site. Second, no mounting screws (8) to install the brackets were included. I did however receive 12, 13MM nuts for who knows what that were not needed? Fortunately, I had some screws from the previous set of bars that were on the truck that I used to mount the brackets. Installation of the brackets and the steps was a piece of cake. The wiring harnesses took the most time to route from the battery box down to each frame rail and to the drive motors. I have not installed the LED lights yet and debating whether to use some different ones. Wiring everything up was straight forward. Overall, steps work great and are more streamlined than the big ugly bars that were on previously. In conclusion, for the price of these I would expect to get the correct installation hardware and instructions especially from an American manufacturer!

In all honesty you’re better off buying these through an Amp dealer than through amazon. They force you to make an appointment for delivery because they ship it with a freight company. As a result my delivery got shuffled around without my knowing from my initial agreed upon delivery selection and then was blamed on me for “changing delivery date” even though I never did. When I saw the deliver date change for a 3rd time, I finally logged back in and deselected a much earlier delivery date than what they had surreptitiously changed it to. This resulted in my missing a deadline to have them installed and cost me the difference between what I saved by buying them on amazon vs a dealer that ships with UPS. Trust me. Save yourself the headache. That said you absolutely can’t go wrong with the amp research steps. Installation was straight forward and easy enough to do. However I do wish there was a better solution to mounting the led lights vs drilling future rust spots into your pinch weld.

Great fit, installation took about 3hrs, had to get on YouTube because the QR code for the digital instructions took me to some unknown website, the actual website for the manufacture had the same issues when trying to get the instructions. No problem though, plenty of YouTube videos and if you have a hint of common sense, you’ll be fine.

Had some issues that were resolved by AMP technician over the phone. Took a few calls and different staff but finally had a good tech solve the issue I had. They work as expected now

I try ti buy a by pass switch amp. !!! Only but seller stell thé switch whit a contrôl ordinator! I have one in my kit! Don’t need 2!!! I send à message to seller and amazone to find the kit! John
