Q: can any one give size in inches beacause small medium stc sizes are misleading

The small size is a 10/12 so about 34 inches around. The cups are quite roomy so if you're a small cup they'd be a bit baggy. But they're very, very comfy!

Probably China like everything else sold by Amazon
