These work really well, very clear, has a very long distance on it and easy to carry and use.

We live in an oddly shaped and rambling house with a large garden, and it's not always easy to keep track of each other. We very seldom use mobile phones at all, but have used two way radios for years at home and work and find them an excellent, no nonsense way to keep in contact. They are cheap to run and, now that everyone uses mobiles, there is far less chance of anyone listening in than there used to be. These have a good distance coverage (in this area which is not built up, which must make a difference) and we have had conversations a mile apart across fenland. We have very thick walls, so sometimes it's necessary to move to a doorway. If I had a criticism, it would be that the battery life is not as good as some that I have used, but then these are not very expensive, so I shouldn't complain, and that was one of the reasons I bought a 6 pack, so there's always a couple on charge.

I bought these for use at a fete but it is yet to happen hence the four stars for battery life. The ease of use and sound quality is excellent on testing. I had an issue with a missing item from the package but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by Amazon and the supplier. Update: Used them at a number of events now and found them to be invaluable. The range is excellent and the battery life has easily facilitated a nine hour event.
