I purchased front Rotors and Pads , also rear rotors and pads. I had a mechanic install brakes. Brakes work good. I had bought new tires today and the mechanic and I noticed the front rotors have the ventilation vain cut on an angle, some are straight at 90 degrees. Since they are angled down they should face front of vehicle so the air flows best through the rotor for cooling. The problem is both rotors are angled down but are the same. The Drivers side is fine, but since they are the same the passenger side angles towards the rear of vehicle and does not get proper air flow. I watched you tube videos from the website and it shows to install with angle vents towards front of vehicle.Apparently I received two left from rotors instead of one left and one right. It would be quit difficult to put car on jack stands and uninstall pads and rotors to send back !! If there is a left and right front, which seems there certainly is, please send me a right side rotor and I will send the one I have that is wrong back to you.I would of given 5 stars if I had or get proper rotor.I called Amazon to get number of the Seller, they did not have a listing for Seller? Amazon is sending me a whole front and rear set of Rotors and pads. I only need one rotor. They told me to exchange part I need and send the rest back. Customer service with Amazon is terrific ! It is a shame they have to send the whole kit for one part, the shipping on 50 pounds must be quit expensive. This should solve my problem, as I stated in first review the brakes work great, stopping distance is much shorter than original rotors and pads. I will update after a couple of months or so after seeing how the brakes are holding up. These are less expensive than Power Stop Brakes, I have used Power Stop Brakes in the past, will see how they compare to R1 Concepts?

From the moment You try to lift the box You think Wow this is heavy.Right material they're made from ✔You get 4 black boxes which are rotors Only downfall is if you are doing this for the first time they have no description as Front or Back at least. Not a biggie thicker back of the rotor tells you they are fronts. Look is so great you won't even care.Look 🤯✔Break pads are 2 boxes set of 2. Different I'm not sure if there is info on them they do have text and pictures I just figuredit out looking at calipers. They come with indicator of wear and tear.Brake Pads Hells Yea ✔You get pair of Mechanic Gloves COOLI used Rubber Disposable for a job yet I think is a +Over all not Your Usual Mechanic change it's definitely upgrading Your Whip in best posible way in every way. Performance is high level I can tell You how it feels You'll se from a test drive after you get them on. So glad I got this and went with my got. Priceless yet it was kind of so affordable.

Do not buy. We haven’t even hit 6 months from replacing brake pads and rotors. Brake pads are already gone and need to be replaced again. Customer service states it’s past 30 days so no warranty is covered. I was told I could go complete a full brake analysis at a certified mechanic to see if they provided warped rotors, but besides that nothing can be done. I’m sure once the analysis is completed there will still be some reason they can’t fix this issue.

It had been a while since I did brakes. Looked forward to not having Drums to replace. But, surprised by parking brake drums in rear built-in to the rear discs. Yeah, I buy vehicles and keep them a while so I usually skip a decade or so of technology. I saved a good amount of coin doing it myself. They went on My 2010 Ford Edge SEL without a hitch.I've had these on a few months now and am delighted how they perform, and look. The zinc coating is holding up so far, looking as good as when I installed them. Also, no dust coating my rims (original chrome - Upgrade my butt) Should have gotten the aluminum rims. Having trouble with slow leaks on my second set of tires, but I digress.So nice to be rid of the original, foot massage brakes. Yeah, foot massage. Must have been the heat or over torque by QuickLane tech's.These make a slight humming noise, perhaps from the wear-grooves. It's not bothersome at all. Kind of an auditory "Hey, we're working here!" I'd recommend these and will purchase them again.Did notice a few months in a reddish dust. Something I've never experienced from previous ceramic brake pads I've used over the years. A disappointment for sure.

Easy install, came on time, reduced my vibration significantly and had no squeaking at first but after about a month the squeaking is insane!

Easy to install, fit the Q50 perfect and breaks are quite, been on for 3 weeks now

My dealer wanted over $1000 for a 4 wheel brake replacement. I quickly went online and found these oem spec replacement rotors and pads with hardware. For less than 1/4 the dealer cost my Rogue brakes are safe and back to new feel. I'm happy with the quality and after breakin they are like factory. Yes it did take 4 hours on a jack but worth the savings and I know it was done correctly. When my next car needs brakes I will buy R1 brakes again.
