Barker 32347 Pneumatic Wheel

The tubes were misplaced inside both front tires. The grease nipple was missing on one front wheel. The supplier did not respond to the complaint. The plastic spacers provided to space the rear wheels on the axle are too large. The rear wheels will not fit without reducing the length of these spacers. This requires cutting both spacers in order to install the rear wheels on the new axle provided in the kit. So, either the axle is too short or the spacers are too long.These pneumatic tires and wheels with bearings are a big improvement over the original plastic wheels. The tote pulls much easier, especially on gravel. A taller set of wheels would be a further improvement. The valve body is the lowest point on the underside of the tank and has on occasion hit the ground when towing over gravel or uneven surfaces. It's a good upgrade despite the fact I had to repair the grease fittings modify the spacers in order to install the rear wheels.To the manufacturer:1- Add instructions to your bill of materials. In fact add the BOM to the kit.2- Place the tubes inside the tires correctly before inflating the tires. The front tires came with about 5PSI and the tubes twisted inside.3- Inspect the contents before packaging. That broken grease fitting was obvious and the other three wheels had loose grease fittings.4- Test your installation procedure (after you develop one) and provide the correct length spacers or a longer rear axle Cutting those spacers with a hack saw on the picnic table at the campground is a lot of trouble.5- Review your packaging. That heavy rear axle easily pounded out of the box. Luckily Amazon put it back in the box for you and taped it back up. When I picked up the box the axle punched a new hole in the already weakened box and that axle fell out on the ground.Dear supplier:All I asked for was a replacement grease fitting or a new front wheel and hub cap. You did not bother to respond. You have poor quality control, poor packaging, no instructions and no support after the sale to resolve a quality issue.

Delivered complete MINUS the rear axle. Needed to upgrade ASAP for camping and didn’t want to wait for another kit (5 day prime delivery). I was able to install using the factory rear axle after cutting one of the factory spacers in half (half per side) for clearance (rear tires would rub if not). Overall happy with the upgrade, much quieter on concrete and gravel compared to plastic!

One of the rear tires came with a crack in the sidewall, which is literally why I had to replace the ones that were on there. It’s holding air for the moment, but i doubt it will make it through the season. And, I missed the return window because I bought it earlier than the season. Lesson learned.

Kit arrived with no front axle and no push nuts,will now try the painful process of trying to get some,,oh well!!
