A: Just buy it unless you want something cosher or vegan, or gluten free.  The stuff is amazing on chicken, and veggies.
Salt, garlic, onion, sugar, paprika, corn starch, papain, and other spices.

**Q: I'm making turkey wings. Can I use a generous amount without them being salty?**
A: Ive never used the turkey rub

**Q: Is this ok to use after brining a turkey or chicken overnight. I don't want it to be too salty**
A: You can, but be careful about how much used.
