I have hard water where I live. I have been buying these for years now and I really like the taste of my water with these. I have a 3 gallon glass jar with a spigot. They last about 6 months or more.

We got this because we are trying to reduce our plastic consumption, along with a 2 gallon glass drink dispenser and it has worked great. Every night before going to bed so refill the dispensers and it’s enough for the next day. The flavor of the water is way better than with the britta filters. You do need to reactive the charcoal every couple of weeks but it is super easy, I just set a reminder on my phone after each time and don’t even have to think about it.

These charcoal sticks are pricey but they make such a difference in your drinking water. I filter my water and just leave a stick in the container. Water tastes better than any bottled water. You do have to boil the stick every two weeks and they only last 3 months. But to me it’s well worth it

These have been a game changer for us! No more refilling the water pitcher 800 times a day. Put a couple of these in a large water dispenser at night and it will last the whole next day. Flavor is excellent and tastes, in my opinion, much nicer than even our Brita filtered water.

So great I grew up on bottled water in Chicago when nobody bought water in the 1960’s,70,80,90’s! The water in Florida and Arizona is extremely hard and not for consumption. I even have a 15 stage filter for my shower and it makes a huge difference in my skin and my hair shiny! You’re going to love it!

We use these charcoal sticks in a glass gallon jug of water - the taste of the water from our jug reminds me of a deep well I drank from as a kid; perfect, crisp delicious water, right from the tap. Highly recommend. Our sticks were delivered and unfortunately broken (still completely usable). The seller immediately addressed the issue and we couldn’t be happier.

I can't testify as to how well these filters remove all claimed contaminants. What I can say is that as far as chlorine is concerned they do a fantastic job. Taste and smell of chlorine is completely eliminated. In the past I would fill a pitcher of tap water and waited 12 hours at room temperature for the chlorine to evaporate now that step is not necessary.

These charcoal sticks are a health hazard. I tried them to purify city water and got very sick. The sticks come with no information whatsoever about which contaminants they supposedly remove from the water. Also there is no indication either as to the type of water on which to use them. City water for instance has all kinds of contaminants like raw sewage, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, herbicides, pesticides, etc. This company needs to stop playing with our health and that of our pets.
