GSI Creos - GT08 Cordless Polisher II, Mr. Hobby

The Electric Cordless Polisher II is well made and comfortable to use. The exterior is all plastic, is substantial, and is well and smoothly molded. This tool requires 2 AAA batteries. It comes with two hard plastic pads - one flat, and one with a convex curve. These pads snap on to the Polisher's moving tip. Also supplied are 10 pieces of 1 X 2.8 cm #400 grit sandpaper with adhesive backing which stick to the pads. This works fine for the flat pad, and holds down surprisingly well overnight on the convex pad. Obviously, one can cut similar pieces of any needed grit and stick them to the pads with double-sided tape. Plastic film-type sanding stock should work even better than sandpaper. While I was waiting for delivery, I looked for replacement pre-cut adhesive backed pads without much luck.My polisher started up as soon as I put batteries in it. There was no problem snapping the pad on, removing the backing paper from the sandpaper, or sticking the sandpaper on the pad. I think this device will work well with plastic and soft wood as long as the user maintains gentle to moderate pressure. I wouldn't try to force it into the material.

3Dプリンター造形品の加工に使用コンパクトで軽く、小回りがきく狭い部分にも使いやすい点は良い交換ヘッドを使えば番手を変えられるが、ヘッドは爪固定でなくネジにして欲しいところパワーはそれなりで、1mm程度の突起でも削るのは時間がかかる表面や細部の仕上げ用という認識で購入するのが良いと思う

先ほど電池を入れてみたのですが、動かず。ダメもとでばらしてみたら、上下運動するギアの軸が外れていました。もとどうりにハメなおし、再度スイッチをONにしたら動きました。メイドインチャイナと書かれていたので、輸送中に外れてしまったのかもしれません。ばらすさいはマイナスドライバーがおすすめです。

前のがガタがきたので、再購入です。帆船を創るときの、微妙なサイディングもサンダー面をいろいろなソフトサンダーを両面テープで取り返して。ほとんど主流で使ってます。そのため長時間使うと横方向のガタと最悪ヘッドが抜けやすくなります。でもこの値段なら、使う時間に比べれは格安。

パワー不足で使い物になりません。少し負荷がかかると空転、結果的に手/指先（人力）の方が正確で速いという皮肉な結果になりました。千円そこらの値段で、乾電池駆動等考慮するとあまり多くを期待してはいけないのだと実感した次第です。

平らな面の仕上げには便利かと思いますが、スティックヤスリで代用できるレベルなので別になくても良いかもって感じですので便利グッズとしました。
