Fast shipping! I ordered this and had it in hand 3 days later.Great quality. I performed several kata with it immediately.This Iaito looks and feels fantastic! The diamonds in the ito are uniform in size and placement, and the ito is tight over the real samegawa. The habaki fits perfectly snug into the saya, with no rattle in the saya after complete noto.Now I want to replace my katana iaito with one from the same manufacturer.The only negative I've found, (no big deal), is that the sageo looks like leftover ito cord. Still functional!

It's worth it and I'm satisfied.

The scabbard (saya) was extremely loose to the point that the iaito is unusable. Also seller's return policy is quite unreasonable. 50% restocking fee plus return shipping for something that was garbage? Sheesh. Buyer beware.

Ordered this sword because it was great looking. Received it and it was great. Problem was. I didnt pay attention to the fact that it was the "Blunt" version. It looked so great I am keeping it and going to learn to sharpen it myself. Wish me luck.

While I've yet to perform kata with it, so far the sword feels very nice. Feels tight, feels sturdy, feels very nice in the hand (at least for me it does). You can tell that this isn't a cheaper Aluminium Alloy or Stainless steel wall-hanger. Got it with a nice embroidered sword bag, cleaned the packing grease from the blade and applied a fresh, thin coat of oil. Looks good and feels like it will function just fine.So far, I'm very pleased.
