I started my pull-up journey with this bar, and I’m really happy with it! The ergonomic grip is excellent and makes exercises much more comfortable. It fits perfectly in our doorway, and the bar feels very sturdy — no wobbling or instability while using it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I also love the color and solid alloy steel construction. The included wrist straps and workout guide are nice bonuses. For the price, it’s great value — strong, reliable, and perfect for a home gym setup.

I recently purchased the AmazeFan Pull Up Bar, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The multi-angled grips are fantastic. I love this pull up bar. I'm still progressing on being able to do a pullup, but as I'm progressing, it is great for increasing my grip strength, and it feels SO GOOD to just do a dead hang (which was harder to do than I expected!) and just let my spine decompress! There is nothing to assemble, it is ready to go out of the box. It fits perfectly on my door, and feels very secure. I love how it folds and hangs in my closet so it's not taking up any room at all when it's not in use. I thought it was a great value for the money.

Its mostly great.. fits my door well and doesnt damage the door because of the rubber door protectors.. My only thing is the grips are padded and ribbed... but I'd prefer it was just padded with no ribs OR less padding in general.. or just a thin layer of rubber padding.. dunno why its so thick with the ribs in it.. On the whole though its quite good.

I love this product. It sits nicely on my doorway without damaging the frame. I love that it has two rows, its great to train campus moves at home as a rock climber. The padding is very soft and so far it's been very stable. The loop on it has been very useful. I've hooked a pulley system to it to add or remove weight when I do my pull ups. I can also do several other exercises with it. I wouldn't hand way too much of a weight tothe loop though. Overall I very highly recommend it.

I live in an apartment, and this pull-up bar hangs perfectly on my bedroom door. The only catch is, I can't shut the door while the bar is on there, but that's OK...it's very easy to remove and put back in place when I want it. Also, it's very easy to set up, out of the box. You just unfold the 'arms' until they click into place and then hang the bar where you want it! No tools needed...it's all one piece. This is obviously a sturdy item which stays in place perfectly well while in use, plus it has those little cushions on the edges of the bar which rest against the door frame, so, no damage to the frame. :) Highly recommended! Just be sure to measure your door frame before purchasing. According to the description, this bar will fit door frames which measure between 22-36". The door frame I'm using is 34", and the bar fits great.

This is an amazing feat of engineering. I’ve used several different brands and models of pull up bars in the past and this blows them all out of the water. 1. The grips are awesome, very comfortable and sturdy 2. It’s way more compact than I could have imagined. I received the box and was shocked at how thin it was. The fact that it folds flat is a total game changer 3. No assembly required 4. No silly grips. A lot of competitors have ridiculous bars sprouting from every angle (neutral, reverse, super-wide grips) these are a gimmick, if you look at the latest scientific research you’ll realize that all you need to maximally engage your lats and related muscles is an overhand, shoulder or slightly wider grip, which is exactly what this provides I’m super satisfied and highly recommend this bar!

Pull ups gehören zu den besten Fitnessübungen speziell für Bizeps und oberen Rücken, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wer diese auch zu Hause ausüben möchte, aber keine Löcher in die Wand bohren will, für den ist ein so genanntes ,,Türreck" eine gute Wahl. Nach meinem Umzug brauchte ich ebenfalls eine neue Klimmzugstange und habe mich für die ,,AmazeFan Klimmzugstange" entschieden. Sie macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, saubere Verarbeitung, solide Rohre. Die Konstruktion lässt sich leicht zusammenbauen und auf die jeweils eigene Tür einstellen. Hat man dies richtig gemacht und die Klimmzugstange angebracht, dann hält sie ,,bombenfest", jedenfalls bei meiner Tür. Ich habe beim Trainieren ein gutes, sicheres Gefühl, kein Gewackel, kein Knacken... Besonders gefallen mir die Pads, welche den Türrahmen schützen und ebenfalls so verschiebbar sind, dass man sie auf eine individuelle Tür einstellen kann. Die Griffe lassen sich gut fassen, es sind verschiedene Variationen möglich, die jeweils mit unterschiedlichem Schwerpunkt mehr Bizeps oder mehr oberen Rücken trainieren. Natürlich kann man sich auch einfach nur dranhängen, um die Griffkraft zu stärken oder hanging leg raises zu trainieren. Ich liege weit unter dem Maximalgewicht für die Klimmzugstange, doch sie macht definitiv einen soliden, vertrauenerweckenden Eindruck - klare Kaufempfehlung!

Fits my doorway fine, no damage and no give. Grips are comfy. Can do push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc. The resistance bands aren't the elastic ones other reviewers think they are. They're for leaning back and pulling your bodyweight forward to strengthen your arms if you are unable to do a pull up right away (me). You move it closer and get more horizontal to the floor as you get stronger and it really works (this is the way yo do it if you're strengthening for pull ups, other muscles you stand a different way or hold it differently). Great price and sturdy item. Just pops on and pops off.

Once you figure out how to set it up on a doorframe, it is literally mere seconds to put on or off. The pull up bar is very sturdy and well made. We use it all the time and its fantastic.

Man kann verschiedene Griffarten ausprobieren, was ideal ist, um unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen anzusprechen und die Flexibilität zu verbessern. Die ergonomische Gestaltung ist wirklich durchdacht – besonders die geneigten Enden, die die Handgelenke entlasten, sorgen für ein komfortables Training, selbst bei längeren Einheiten.
