The flavor is very clearly blackberry. Very sweet. I put it in my oatmeal and it is fantastic. I don’t even really taste vinegar. If you are trying to get in vinegar throughout your day for the health benefits, this makes it easy. Also this is great to add to water to drink. I’ll be trying more from this company.

I had already thought that the black cherry balsamic was the best flavor. I was using this to drizzle on grilled vegetables, such as squash, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. I also love the lemon that I use making hommus.But I got this for Christmas, and drizzling on roasted carrots was divine! Takes ordinary to extraordinary.You don't need to use much, the flavor is so potent and wonderful.

I enjoyed this balsamic vinegar, which I use to flavor water kefir. The flavor is very pleasant, and the price is reasonable for what it is. I haven't found truly inexpensive balsamic vinegar anywhere, but this price is reasonable. I recommend it.

I take it daily as a medicinal. One oz. dilute in water over chipped ice. REALLY good. Recent medical research that blackberry vinegar inhibits the alzheimers destructive elements in your physiology. Dunno. But I sure do like this product !

This stuff is so so good with cooked bulk bag spinach we eat it far more often than ever. This is a superior premium brand I will recommend.
