Review: Good thermostat system - I previously used nest - and was a bit nervous about changing to Heatmiser. We needed to do so as we swapped to underfloor heating, and a zoned system. This thermostat works really well though. Not as fancy as a nest, but very well thought out, and works well. Even the app isn't bad (after getting used to it).

A: Yes, but I believe you need v2 hub

**Q: Hi, would this work as a wired thermostat with wet underfloor heating system?**
A: Hi, yes that is what this unit is for, it will work perfectly with a water UFH system.

**Q: One of my units buzzes, others are silent. Is this normal?**
A: No it’s not normal you need to contact Heatmiser they will probably exchange it free of charge depending on it’s age

I previously used nest - and was a bit nervous about changing to Heatmiser. We needed to do so as we swapped to underfloor heating, and a zoned system. This thermostat works really well though. Not as fancy as a nest, but very well thought out, and works well. Even the app isn't bad (after getting used to it).

Thermostat stopped working the old faceplate was ok it was the back box but you can’t buy separately, swapped it out and working fine
