I was so skeptical about this I only bought it because all the other versions failed with cushions etc etc. I thought no way! Then I tried it and for the next few month’s this thing has done everything I had hoped for: relieves pain, gives room, stays put, and even looks a bit cool (not that that matters). Simple but practical and effective. I would strongly invite you to try it.

I liked that they were snug and exactly what I expected

They are very, very snug and takes some getting used to at first but it packs in some great additional support to inserts (although, try breaking them in first without any additional inserts or compression socks). Helped alleviate pain and a growing bone spur at the top of my foot.

Good fit. A little too thick to fit in shoes or sneakers.

Helped right away. Higher quality than another brand I purchased at the same time. I use so that I can still go yoga despite the heel pain.

Had to return them. They were squeezing my feet so much that it caused more problems. I could barely walk the next day because of it.

I have terrible plantar fasciitis and severe chronic swelling from a medical condition so I was concerned these would be too tight, especially by the end of the day but for the price I thought I could try them out. I was so pleased that these offered a lot of support but we're thin, comfortable and had a lot of stretch without losing the elasticity and support. I have a wide foot (D width) and can swell badly but I really like these and will buy another pair so I have extra for laundry cycles

I have really high arches, and while my shoes all include inserts, my arches hurt when I'm not wearing shoes. These bands definitely help support the arch, but started to cut off my circulation a bit and caused the toe area to start swelling. If used for shorter periods more often, they work really well.

Very affordable and it works really great. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. Never finding relief. This really did provide support and helped with the sharp heel pain. They are tight to wear and I can’t wear them all day but they do give a great amount of relief.

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years on and off. Even when I’m in a remission from the condition my feet hurt, especially in the evening. If I have been sitting down and then get up, my feet are very painful for the first few steps until it eases. My husband saw these advertised and I thought I would try them as I had little to lose. They have made such a difference! I wear them most days but usually not all the time and my feet are almost pain free, I truly would not have believed it, I love them! It is so lovely to be able to walk without pain!
