THE DRAGON SINKER BY FIRE WATER MARINE. These flexible drift / dragging sinkers are made of dual layer marine rubber and are weighted with metallic balls that produce predator attracting rattles as they bounce across the bottom; weaving their way through rocks, limbs and the roughest of terrain. This innovative design eliminates the unnatural “clang” of lead against rock you get with lead sinkers. Made of smooth tubing with tapered ends they all but eliminate sinker snag as it drifts behind you. **note: no sinker is 100% snag-less, but these are about as close as you can get.** Each sinker is topped with a stainless steel barrel type swivel so it attaches easily to your rig and measures 10” inches in length. Delivered early.The drift weights should work perfectly.I fish exclusively from the bank. I bought these weights because I’m tired of so-called “bank weights” hanging up on the bottom.I’m using them right now.I love them. Absolutely no hang ups!!!!I ordered more. And, since the tracking said they would arrive 17- 28?June, I was thinking they may arrive a few days early.Got them today, 12 June.Shipping is prompt!!

Get an ounce heavier than you would with a lead weight
I usually drift with two ounce weights, but you will probably want 3 oz with these, the 2 oz would not stay on bottom.

Have yet to get snagged and lose one
Let me be clear - i HAVE gotten snagged multiple times already but after putting the boat in reverse and going right over the line i have been able to get it unsnagged and recover the sinker and in some cases i did lose everything below the sinker (ie lead line, hook and bobber on my santee rig)That said these things work great. I used them while anchored down on a notoriously snaggy area where i’ve gotten badly snagged each time and after using these i never get snagged anymore

Under weight.
When I pay for fishing weights I really want the weight I paid for.. so sadly I will give this a 1 star review.. all 4 weights where short weight. I rather it be heavier then lighter.. especially when fishing 50-80ft of water.. every ounce counts. Also ignore my dirty scale..

Awesome dragging rigs
I am a catfish guide here in Iowa and I also travel to neighboring states to chase the big kitty's. My primary technique is dragging baits and these fit the bill perfectly...I haven't lost a single rig due to the design of these weights. They jump up and over structure keeping my rigs in the strike zone and right in the fish's face.
