The overdrive Sport is a classic hard tail that takes advantage of years of development and refinement, delivering a final product that outperforms bikes twice its price. Beautifully formed tubes add strength to the aluminum frame and keep it stiff and lightweight. In true hard tail fashion the overdrive Sport transfers power to the ground immediately: the slightest force on the pedals travels through a 27-speed Shimano drivetrain and straight to the knobby tires, ready for quick accelerations and long single track grinds. A 100mm fork (with lockout) and powerful hydraulic disc brakes help you maintain control on descents and bumpy terrain. Now with 27.5 inch.

The Wheel Kept Wobbling, Parts Arrived Damaged
First things first, the pamphlets and manuals are absolutely useless, they have instructions for assembling a child's tricycle, but it's much harder, if possible, to find instructions on how to put the bike together. The assembly wasn't difficult, though, so that doesn't matter too much. As I was putting the front wheel on, I noticed the quick release skewer was very difficult to unscrew, so difficult, in fact, that I blistered my finger and managed to rip the plastic cap off of the skewer before using a pair of pliers to unscrew it. I didn't think much of this, however, attached the front wheel, and got to riding it. After riding it, I noticed the disc brake would always be rubbing even though I adjusted them to not be rubbing earlier. Turns out the wheel wobbled inside the dropouts, and that the dropouts themselves had worn down in spots due to the wheel. I don't know what caused it, damaged wheel, damaged fork, damaged skewer, but this made the bike literally useless. The wheel would wobble and deviate from its original position no matter how tight I secured the quick release. I don't know if it's because I bought the bike while it was on sale, but really, the product should still be the same, working product you expect. Thankfully returning is a simple process. What would help:-Simple, easily-accessible instructions on how to assemble the bike properly (this wouldn't take too long as it is just a few steps)-Quality assurance before sending out the product

Love this bike!
Bought this baby 2 day free shipping. Immediately voided the warranty and converted it to a 52v 750w mid drive e bike. I chose this platform for the beefy frame and hydraulic disk brakes. It now lives up to it's name mountain bike as it can climb one with very little effort. I took off 1 star because there are some minor annoyances about the bike, lack of cargo rack bosses at this price point they could have included a kickstand and a chain stay guard. Not deal breakers this is a very nice bike the stock photo does the paint job no justice it's a dark blue with metal flake. I plan on buying a diamondback Lux sport for my wife and doing the same thing.

the better I like it
The more I ride it, the better I like it.. The Overdrive Sport has a higher final drive ratio than other bikes, which allows me to get more speed on the road with it. It is big and beefy, and the breaks are very good. I am a big guy, and it stops me with little effort. The 100MM forks handle bumps easily .
