Bem HL2022A Bluetooth Mobile Speaker for Smartphones - Retail Packaging - White

This worked for a few days and then wouldn't hold a charge all of a sudden, so I decided to return it.

I purchased this I'd say about a year ago. It worked fine until it konked out; it didn't charge and it just didn't connect to my Android anymore. I won't buy another Bem again.

Fabulous little Bluetooth speaker. The sound is better than any other little wireless speakers I've listened to. (Sound-enthusiast Hubby tried out a BUNCH before choosing this one) I love how simple it is to use. It can only be linked to one device at a time, so if it's linked to my iphone I have to go into my Bluetooth settings and disconnect it if my hubby wants to link to it. No big deal, just helpful to know.My dad had a different brand/style of wireless speaker too but after hearing my Bem speaker, he hopped on Amazon & bought one right then because it was so superior.If you're looking for high quality at a reasonable price, buy this one! You won't be sorry. :)

I had a few issues getting this synced up with my Bluetooth adapter on my Desktop machine, but it seems to work most of the time. If I connect it to my phone it doesn't have any problems, so it could be related to my machine.It does get plenty loud and is quite portable. I see others who have had problems with this item, but for me so far so good!

This has the potential to be a great portable speaker, and don't get me wrong it sounds great for it's price. The downside? It's not built to last. The micro usb charger over time wears out and eventually breaks off. Granted I use mine everyday in my work vehicle and so it goes through a lot of abuse, but I expected my first one to last more than a few months. The second one so far has worked but can already start to notice the charger getting loose and occasionally power button takes a few pushes to get it to turn on. Other than that it's been a great speaker as long as it works.

purchased as a Christmas Present, already not working

The media could not be loaded.  They sound like they'd be amazing if they actually worked. I picked up a DUEL pack of these at a COSTCO ($80.00)... they came as two in a package, sold as a pair that link up for a "true stereo" sound. Unfortunately when they do finally "link" they can't get a clear connection from my laptop. They only work from my iPhone, and even then they get out of sync by half a second and just echo each other after 5 minutes or so. The attached video shows how poorly they connect to my mac laptop (updated my operating system to make sure bluetooth drivers were up to date too.). Going to return these ASAP, especially since I paid $80 dollars for the pair 2 weeks ago and now BEM is selling them for $15 a piece here on Amazon, WHAT THE HELL??? I REALLY hope this "No Hassle" return policy is as advertised.

I've had my BEM cube for a little over a year and it's been great. The audio quality that comes out of this little thing is amazing. LOUD and clear for such a tiny thing that fits in the palm of my small hand. I travel alot and throw it in my suitcase all the time. I carry it around my apartment. I use it with my iPhone 6. It's worth every penny!
