I didn't want any kind of polyester or other unnatural filling because they just don't feel right. This one is pretty comfortable, if a little bit too thick. I can still punch it around to make it cradle my head and neck comfortably. I've had it for about a month now, and it's getting better. I wake up feeling rested, with no neck pain. At first the pillow was a little crinkly and crispy, and I'd feel the stiff feathers inside. But that's definitely getting better as time goes on. Overall I'm pretty happy with this pillow, and considering how picky I am about my pillows, that's a good recommendation. While sleeping, the stuffing migrates out from under my head and to the edges of the pillow. At least once a night, I have to fluff some stuffing back under my head.
